How Our Pricing Works

Our rates start from 10% per annum for the strongest deals. Several factors determine your indicative rate:

  • Security quality — 1st mortgage on metro commercial property is best
  • Location — metro areas attract better pricing than regional or rural
  • LVR — the lower the loan-to-value ratio, the better the rate
  • Urgency — needing funds in days will cost more than standard timeframes
  • Term length — shorter terms attract higher fees
  • Fees — we avoid app and broker fees where possible, but they can impact pricing
